Dr. Georgios D. Panopoulos, CEO, MANAGEMENT FORCE Group, is one of the pioneers in the Safety Business in Southeast Europe.
Georgios has a very rich and deep 32-year experience in Safety Management, possessing an in depth academic background with a PhD in The Economic Aspects of Safety accompanied by a Degree in Civil Engineering with a Master Thesis in Health and Safety in the Construction sector.
Georgios has served in key safety positions for major organisations and in infrastructural projects. In 1999 he founded MANAGEMENT FORCE, a safety company, which today can demonstrate experience of projects in 24 countries around the globe.
Being an innovator and pioneer himself, Georgios has developed an auditing methodology known as “+2/-2”, A Contractor’s HS effective management policy and program, he has also visualised a number of safety software solutions and co-developed with Prodromos Papavasileiou the methodology Involvement for Continuous Safety Improvement (ICSI).
Georgios is a frequent invited lecturer to the National Technical University of Athens and the Democritus University of Thrace.
Since 1999, Georgios has lead MANAGEMENT FORCE Group, and EHSS Engineers and Consultants, a leading EHSS provider in South Eastern Europe. Following a sustainable development with the emphasis on the quality of the service, innovation and the working environment, it is becoming both a Consultant of Choice and an Employer of Choice in Greece.

One of Russell's life objectives is to leave a footprint in all the countries where he has helped people to understand about Health and Safety.
Russell is a Chartered Fellow of IOSH with over 40 years of diverse Loss Control
and Health and Safety Management experience, having expertise in the Oil and Gas,
Process, Construction, Manufacturing and Service Industries.
Russell is internationally recognised for his leadership in, and the design and
delivery of, Health and Safety Training programmes throughout the UK, Europe the
Middle East, and Africa.
Russell has a great deal of experience in developing and implementing innovative
employee programs with substantial bottom-line benefits.
Russell can also provide both H&S and Technical Training to any level of audience
from Board Level to the employees, ensuring that all intended learning outcomes are
met and people are able to utilise their new skills and knowledge within their
organisation.
In his former role, Russell was the CEO of an International Health and Safety training
consultancy providing Health and Safety training and consultancy services to clients
in over fifty countries.
Russell is a programme leader for the following Nebosh courses. PSM, HSL, NGC,
IGC, IOGC, HSA, Inc Inv, NFC, IFC, NCC and ICC courses, he has also penned a
book on Oil and Gas Safety.
